Vera the Goat
Vera (bless her) is one of the favourite Dalscone Farm Angora goats! Angora goats are quite rare in the UK, so we love having Vera and her kids around the farm! With the exception of her legs, she has long beautiful ringlets of white fine hair. Vera has two strong horns which is her favourite place to receive a good scratch from the farmers!

Vera has been busy ‘kidding’ as a mummy goat, and has had several sets of kids at Dalscone Farm. She is a very patient mum and when the kids are scrapping she calmly stands between them to settle them down. Vera produces so much milk, she could be a dairy cow!
